From what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
Room handover takes place from 3.30 pm, but you can arrive early in the morning in the residence, enjoy the pool and common areas, have lunch at SalentOsteria or refresh yourself with a cold drink at the bar. We will be happy to make your rooms available as soon as possible.
Is parking available?
Unlike most of the hotels and residences in Torre dell’Orso, we offer convenient parking for all guests, for the duration of your stay, just a few meters from your apartment. Parking is independent: which means you can get in and out whenever you want with your car without having to leave keys.
Can we connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi in the common areas.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, small pets are welcome. But we recommend not to leave them alone in the apartments and to always be mindful of them.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, coin-operated washing machines are available. The cost is € 3.00, including detergent and fabric softener.
Are bicycles available?
Bicycles can be rented at a cost of € 0.50/hour. Some are equipped with child seats. However, you have to bring them back the evening before 8:00 pm
What is the difference between Studio As and Studio Bs?
Type A studios are located on the first floor of the main complex, where the reception, the swimming pool and all the services are located. Type B studios are in an annex opposite the main complex. They are separated from the main complex by a residential street.
If you prefer peace and quiet, the annex is the best choice. That is, if you want a ground floor studio apartment.
If you have young children and want them to be within the fenced-in area of the village at all times, then the A studios are preferable.
The dimensions of the apartments are similar, and in both cases, you can use the same services.

How far is the facility from the beach?
The residence is 1 km from Torre dell’Orso beach. The shuttle to the sea is at your disposal from 9:00 am to 12:45 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:45 pm (every half hour).
What are the shuttle service times?
The shuttle to the sea is at your disposal from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm (every half hour).
Do you have an affiliated lido?
We do not have an affiliated lido. Once on site, you can make arrangements directly and have the opportunity to visit other nearby beaches as well.

How is the restaurant service organized?
Unlike most other establishments, our service is not buffet style but a la carte, with choices in a mini-menu that is valid for the following day. Every day you can choose between first and second courses based on meat, fish and vegetables with a selection of the best dishes of Apulian and Salento cuisine. We prefer table service rather than a buffet because most of our dishes are “express” or cooked on the spot. In this way, we are able to guarantee fresh and quality products. The restaurant service with SalentOsteria is among the best in Torre dell’Orso. Lunch hours 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm; Dinner 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm.
If you have food intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will take these into account. Our kitchen is not certified for Celiac disease, but the staff is trained to offer adequate guarantees and valid alternatives.
What time is breakfast served?
The buffet breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am in the morning in the restaurant of SalentOsteria, about 50 meters from the residence. For latecomers, it is always possible to have it later at the bar near the swimming pool.
If we arrive in the morning can we have lunch at the restaurant?
Our full board packages include lunch upon arrival or departure (tell us your choice). In any case, you can easily have lunch a la carte at SalentOsteria. Unused meals may be replaced by packed lunches.
Are high chairs available in the restaurant?
Yes, we have several available free of charge, during meals for the safety of the little ones and the peace of mind of their parents
Are children welcome?
Our residence and restaurant are constantly trying to offer the best services for families with children. The restaurant also has a small play area to let the little rascals let off steam, as well as materials for coloring and fun.
Is there a baby changing table available?
The restaurant bathroom has a convenient changing table for a change of diaper on the fly.
Will there be children’s entertainment?
Entertainment is one of the most important elements of a family vacation. Our staff, composed of young and passionate professionals, is available from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm with games, workshops, baby dance and sports and recreational activities.
Do you offer assistance services for very young children?
Our Mini Club is specially designed for children aged 3–12 but younger children aged 0–3 can also participate in the activities with the obligatory presence of a parent who can remain in visual contact.
Is the facility comfortable and spacious for parents and children?
The residence has large and comfortable common areas that are not too big, perfect for letting children have fun in complete freedom supervised by our entertainment staff and at a short distance from their parents.
How can I request a quote without any obligation to book?
Making a request for a quote is very easy and quick. You can do it on our website: fill out the form, send an email or contact us by phone. In order to receive the best personalized quote, we suggest that you specify the period of your stay, the number of people, the type of room, the age of children or teenagers and any special requests.
Can I request the location I prefer for my room?
Of course, our staff will do their best to accommodate your requests (preferred plan, location with respect to the pool, quiet surroundings, etc.). Naturally, by booking in advance, you will have a better chance of choosing the room you prefer.
How do I send the deposit, and how do I pay for my stay?
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer indicating the booking code. For the payment of your stay, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, postpay, checks and cash.
